Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

📌 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@glitchtrends.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
